Convert RGB Component Signals to DVI or VGA Without Loss of Video or Audio Quality. The common issue that often comes up is that older equipment such as video players, imaging hardware and audio components typically output their signals as RGB (Red, Green, Blue and the synchronization signals HSYNC and VSYNC). These component signal frequencies are generally too “slow” for modern displays such as digital monitors and flat-screen displays.
